Is Sollwin a manufacturer or a trader company Sollwin is a Chinese manufacturer who is working on sheet metal fabrication and CNC Machining for more than 15 years.
We finished most of processing of sheet metal parts and CNC machining parts by ourselves.
Of course we should honest to say we also get support from many good sucontractor who is working with us by long term cooperation. Such like surface treatments, quenching and tempering and some special process be needed for requests.

Is there risk for leaking details of customized products by customers? Of course it will not happen. Sollwin has provided customized sheet metal fabraction and CNC machining service for lots of clients until now. Most of customers did not sign non-disclosure with Sollwin but we never share details or information with their contemporary or third party.
Also non-disclosure agreement is allowed.

How to make sure the quality of products? We will provide prototype or sample to our customer for new sheet metal fabrication and machining products for verification since it is the key to stand on the same line of quality standard with the customer for new product.
Raw material certification, self-inspection report will also be provided before shipping. Also third-party inspection is also acceptable if necessary.
Report of details such like hardness, roughness, plating thickness ect... also is available.

What is the order quantity? Sollwin do not set MOQ for most of sheet metal fabrication. We always trying our best to help our customer by our manufacturing service and technical support even they request very small quantity.

How about your price systems? Honest to say sollwin will not the cheapest manufactuer on sheet metal fabrication.
We need to control the whole procedure of production which is including raw material, processing, quality control,leading time with the lowest risk. Any way, we should be the competitive manufacturer.

What is the shipping term and payment term? FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU ect... are all can be done.

What can you do on the design? Sollwin has rich experiences on achieving the actual sheet metal fabrication parts and CNC machining parts from drawings, sketches even an idea. Our engineers will help our customers for R&D by the safest and cost-effective way.
