Designing

Designing

 We will establish 3D file to verify the design and feasibility of processing to against risk and waste of the production and assembly.

 Assembly will be take apart to single part and remove all attachments such like standoffs, studs, pressure nuts and etc...

 Then each part will be unfold to flat sheet and imitate bending processing to build the bending steps on the bending machine.

 Design tooling for some special forming parts if it is needed.

 All requests of processing and details will be collected to make engineering drawings for trial manufacture.

Laser Cutting

Laser Cutting

​​​​​​​ Each sheet metal fabrication part is normally start processing from laser cutting. Sollwin now using 8000W laser cutting machine to get percise flat sheet with smooth edges from 0.5mm-15mm metal sheet.

Leveling

Leveling

 The flat sheet was warping without same stress due to high temperature cutting, irregular shape and holes location after laser cutting.

 Flattening and stress-relieving is quite improtant and necessary for mass-production of precision sheet metal fabrication.

 Specially for bending and forming to maintain consistency of the dimensions and angles.

Bending / Forming

 Bending and Forming are one of common but imperative processing in sheet metal fabrication. It will effect the final function of the metal part even critical for sucessful of end products.

​​​​​​​ Sollwin owned bending machine from 500KN to 2000KN to fit different materials with different size.

Metal Welding

Metal Welding

 Most of parts will be requested to welding by several metal components to reach design goal including lightweight, bearing capacity, cost effective, etc.

 Different metal materials are requested different welding methods and welding machines. Sollwin is able to weld carbon steel, aluminum alloy, stainless steel, copper and galvanizing by rich welding experience and corresponding welding equipment.

​​​​​​​ Both MIG, TIG, Resistant welding, watertight welding,etc are available.

    Sollwin is a Chinese manufacturer who is working on sheet metal fabrication and CNC Machining for more than 15 years.
    We finished most of processing of sheet metal parts and CNC machining parts by ourselves.
    Of course we should honest to say we also get support from many good sucontractor who is working with us by long term cooperation. Such like surface treatments, quenching and tempering and some special process be needed for requests.
  • Is there risk for leaking details of customized products by customers?

    Of course it will not happen. Sollwin has provided customized sheet metal fabraction and CNC machining service for lots of clients until now. Most of customers did not sign non-disclosure with Sollwin but we never share details or information with their contemporary or third party.
    Also non-disclosure agreement is allowed.
  • How to make sure the quality of products?

    We will provide prototype or sample to our customer for new sheet metal fabrication and machining products for verification since it is the key to stand on the same line of quality standard with the customer for new product.
    Raw material certification, self-inspection report will also be provided before shipping. Also third-party inspection is also acceptable if necessary.
    Report of details such like hardness, roughness, plating thickness ect... also is available.
  • What is the order quantity?

    Sollwin do not set MOQ for most of sheet metal fabrication. We always trying our best to help our customer by our manufacturing service and technical support even they request very small quantity.
  • How about your price systems?

    Honest to say sollwin will not the cheapest manufactuer on sheet metal fabrication.
    We need to control the whole procedure of production which is including raw material, processing, quality control,leading time with the lowest risk. Any way, we should be the competitive manufacturer.
